Challenges

Snell Real Estate was ahead of the curve in regards to technology as they had been using Salesforce.com for 6 years prior to discovering Propertybase. Although they were very big fans of the platform and the technology that Salesforce.com had to offer, they were constantly tweaking the workflows within it to fit the needs of their real estate business. Salesforce.com is a generic CRM and is not customized for a particular industry such as real estate. Snell Real Estate had to use Salesforce.com with way too many workarounds to try and make it work but never really having their processes under control.
