Propertybase CEO Vance Loiselle Recognized as Real Estate Leader – Twice!

When it comes to aggressive growth strategies, no stone was left unturned in 2018 by CEO Vance Loiselle. In just a year’s time, Propertybase bought two companies and has expanded from a real estate crm to an all-in-one platform focused on teams and brokerages. It was the year in which technology finally found its place within real estate and two of the most highly-regarded publications have now recognized Loiselle’s own place within the industry.

Vance Loiselle was included in the 2019 Swanepoel Power 200, which ranks the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate industry. Produced by consulting firm, T3 Sixty, the report is the result of over 400 hours of unbiased research, internal debates, deep analysis of numbers and organizational charts and, as quoted from the SP200, “candidly question what power actually means.”

Just released in late January, Loiselle was also recognized in the 2019 REAL Trends Game Changers list, showcasing those who REAL Trends believe have the potential to change the game of real estate. Categorized as the “Software Champion,” Loiselle is bringing his twenty-five years of experience in cloud, data analytics and machine learning software companies to real estate.

“It’s quite an honor to not only be recognized by one, but two of the industry’s most highly-regarded thought leaders,” said Vance Loiselle. “I’ve been in the real estate space for only a short time, so to be mentioned alongside influential mainstays and fellow newcomers I highly respect is a privilege I don’t view lightly.”

With 2019 well underway, Propertybase continues to make moves with the intention to accelerate the roles software and data play in the industry. “Software is disrupting every facet of how we work and interact,” continued Loiselle. “Our growth can be attributed to brokers, teams and agents embracing technology at an accelerated rate.”
